Instagram Scraper
An Instagram scraper collects public posts, Reels, and creator profiles into a spreadsheet you can actually analyze — usernames, follower counts, bios, external links, verified and business flags, and per-post engagement, one row at a time. No more screenshotting grids or copying captions by hand.
Pick your way in — a hashtag, a profile, Reels, or a location — set how many results you want, and watch the run collect live. The CSV downloads the moment it finishes and opens straight in Excel or Google Sheets.
What lands in the CSV
Whether you're pulling posts or profiles, every row comes back with consistent, analysis-ready columns.
Profile data
Username, follower count, bio, external link, and verified / business-account flags for every creator.
Post & Reel metrics
Likes, comments, and engagement on each post, with captions and hashtags intact.
Contact columns
When a creator lists an email or phone in their public bio, it's extracted into its own column.
Direct links
A clickable URL to every post and profile, so the sheet jumps straight back to the source.
Four ways to run it
Hashtag
Pull the public posts under any tag — your campaign, your niche, a competitor's branded hashtag.
Profile
Paste usernames to export accounts and their posts — ideal for vetting or benchmarking a shortlist.
Reels
Focus on short-form video and see what's actually driving reach in your niche.
Location
Scrape posts tagged at a place — a venue, a neighborhood, a city — for local and event marketing.
What people use it for
Influencer discovery
Surface every creator posting in your niche and rank them by followers and engagement.
Competitor tracking
Watch what rival brands post, how often, and what lands.
Trend & hashtag research
Measure a tag before you build a campaign on it.
UGC sourcing
Find authentic customer posts about your brand or location, ready to license or feature.
How it works

Hashtag, profile, Reels, or location — whatever slice of Instagram you're after.

Billed per result scraped — never your full cap — with the unused hold refunded on the spot.
Frequently asked questions
Can it scrape private Instagram accounts?
No — and no honest tool can. It collects only what's public: the posts, Reels, and profile info anyone can see without logging in. Private accounts and followers-only content are never touched.
What's the difference between a hashtag scrape and a profile scrape?
A hashtag scrape collects posts from many creators under one tag — ideal for discovering accounts and measuring a trend. A profile scrape goes deep on specific accounts you name, returning their posts and stats. Most influencer workflows use both: hashtag to discover, profile to vet.
What format do I get the data in?
A clean, spreadsheet-ready CSV that opens in Excel, Google Sheets, or Numbers, and imports straight into a database or your own scripts. Every row is one post with its own columns — no copy-paste, no reformatting.
How much does it cost?
Runs are priced at $8 per 1,000 results, and every new account starts with $5.00 in free credits — enough to pull thousands of rows before you pay anything. You're billed per result scraped — never for your full cap — and the unused hold is refunded the moment a run finishes. If you use a lead filter like "only profiles with an email", the CSV keeps just the matches while you still pay per profile scraped. If a run fails, it's refunded in full and never costs a credit.
Is scraping Instagram legal?
We only collect public data — the posts, Reels, and profile details visible to anyone without logging in, including contact info creators choose to publish in their bio. Private accounts and login-gated content are never accessed. Courts have generally treated scraping public data very differently from breaching private systems, but platform terms are a separate layer and how you use the data matters — so scrape public, respect people's rights, and don't spam. General information, not legal advice.
